Adrian Fenty ‘92 was the youngest person ever elected mayor of Washington, D.C., serving from 2007 through January 2, 2011. As D.C.’s fifth mayor, Fenty championed innovative solutions to the district’s greatest challenges. He opened the 2011-12 convocation lecture series in Finney Chapel on September 13th. Fenty is also a distinguished visiting professor of politics this semester.
